Our dedicated and promising staff plays a vital role in both the instruction and management of our school, guided by the principles of nature and the Montessori philosophy. As a team of passionate educators and social entrepreneurs, we collaborate closely to take responsibility for every aspect of the school’s operations and success. Operating on a small scale allows us to make daily decisions that are tailored to the unique needs of the children, while also contributing to broader school-wide initiatives. These decisions reflect our shared vision, ensuring the children's needs, the families' expectations, and our collective aspirations are met.
“THE GREATEST SIGN OF SUCCESS FOR A TEACHER IS TO BE ABLE TO SAY “THE CHILDREN ARE NOW WORKING AS IF I DIDN’T EXIST.”
